What does your price include?
All prices given by us are inclusive of new rubber valve (chrome covered valves are charged at £1.50 each, please mention this at the time of ordering), old tyre casing disposal, electronic wheel balancing, fitting of the tyre at your home or place of work and VAT at the current rate. Balancing of centreless wheels from some Peugeot and Citroen cars is also included.
Do you do my tracking when you change my tyres?
Unfortunately it is impossible to do tracking (or wheel alignment) properly on a mobile fitting van. The car needs to be placed on a stable surface to allow the alignment equipment to make the necessary adjustments. When your tyres are removed we will advise you if your alignment needs adjusting and will be able to recommend somewhere to have this done.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Maestro (Switch). We will also accept cash but please note that we do not carry any change. We do not accept American Express or payment by cheque.
If I give you my registration number, can you tell me my tyre size?
We have tried and tested this software and it is not reliable. The only way to correctly identify your tyre size is by looking for the numbers on the sidewall, as shown on Find My Tyre Size.
Can I book a specific time to have my tyres changed?
Due the amount of fitting appointments, we are unable to give a specific time that we will be able to attend and change your tyres. At time of booking you will be asked if you prefer an am (8 – 12) or pm (12-5:30) appointment. The tyre fitter will then contact you on route to give you an estimated time of arrival.
I have bought tyres online, can you come out and fit them for me?
Yes we can do this. Prices start from £20 per tyre. Please Contact Us for further information.
Will my Alloy Wheels get damaged?
As specialist tyre fitters, we replace tyres on wheels for Porsche’s, Ferrari’s and M spec BMW’s. We have the equipment and the experience to fit tyres to any make of tyre so you can put faith in us not to damage your wheels!!!
I am buying tyres for my business, will I get a VAT reciept?
Yes. We are fully VAT registered and will provide you with a full VAT reciept.
Are you insured to change tyres at my home/work place?
Yes we have fully comprehensive insurance covering both our fitters and your vehicle.
What do I need to do if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment?
We understand that situations arise that mean you have to change your plans. All that we ask is that you inform us soon as you possibly can so that we can allocate the fitting slot to someone else. Should we arrive to fit your tyres and you are not there or do not need the tyres, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee (see Terms & Conditions).
What do I do if I need to make a complaint?
In the highly unlikely event that you need to do this, please Contact Us with your name and telephone number and details of your complaint and will be in touch as soon as possible.
Other websites show prices for tyres, why don’t you do this?
As we are fully independent, we are under no obligation to use just 1 wholesaler, or promote 1 brand of tyre. When you call us or email us for a quote, we check upto 5 wholesalers, ensuring that you get the best price possible for your tyres. Most websites that list prices are sometimes a week out of date, which means that you could be paying more than you should do. Most manufacturers supply us with special offer lists and we will post these here on the site when recieved.
